Katelin's jewelry is made with recycled gold. Commissions are custom designed and handmade by Katelin in her studio - via sawing, hammering, soldering, drilling, filing, sanding, and hand setting. The pieces in the Cycles collection began with the same process, designed and handmade by Katelin. Molds of these original pieces are now cast and hand finished in downtown Los Angeles.
10% of the profits from the Cycles collection will be donated to Kindred Space LA, the only Black-owned birthing center in Los Angeles. Kindred Space LA was founded by Kimberly Durdin and Allegra Hill, two midwives working to address systemic racism in Black reproductive healthcare.
